The Bad Plus is a jazz band featuring Ethan Iverson on piano, Reid Anderson on bass, and Dave King on drums. The band's style might be considered "avant-garde jazz," as their original compositions would fall under this category. At the same time, they make jazz versions of rock and pop songs ... in this example, we hear The Bad Plus interpret the rock classic "Iron Man," by Black Sabbath.
